June 25 and 26 Wednesday and Thursday Painting Pizzazz: two days
of a variety of painting, rubber stamping and printmaking
techniques on fabric. The painted fabric can be used on any
project or quilt, but is great to use for applique on small
wallhangings.
June 27 Friday Creative Printmaking: learn a variety of
wonderful techniques that can be used in your creative projects
or the Wallhanging class.
June 28 Saturday Creative Wall Hangings: Learn how to make a
wonderful, small, wallhanging with a variety of painted and
commercial fabrics and embellishments.

July 11 and 12 Friday and Saturday Painting Pizzazz: Two days of
a variety of painting rubber stamping and printmaking techniques
on fabric. The painted fabric can be used in the Stitched
Collage class on Monday and Tuesday (see below).
July 13 Sunday Needlefelting: A full day of wonderful techniques
using either a Clover tool or the new Xpression machine from
Janome. You will make a necklace and bracelet in class.
July 14 and 15 Monday and Tuesday Creative Stitched Collage:
Learn how to make wonderful small wallhangings using painted and
commercial fabric. Learn several embellishment techniques as
well. Sewing machines are recommended but not mandatory.
July 16 Wednesday Creative Embellishments: I will teach you
several of the techniques from my "Creative Embellishments"
class. You will create a variety of wonderful embellisments to
use in all of your creative projects.

October 23 and 24 Thursday and Friday Painting Pizzazz: Two days
of a variety of painting, rubber stamping and printmaking
techniques on fabric or paper. The painted pieces can be used
for the Creative Collage class which is listed below. The class
is jam packed with ideas and techniques.
October 25 and 26 Saturday and Sunday Creative Collage: Learn
how to combine a variety of painted and rubber stamped fabric
and/or paper into a wonderful collage. If you wish to sew the
pieces, you can do hand or machine stitching. The classes will
combine fibers, beads, ribbons, buttons and any other
embellishments that you wish to include. I have a new book
"Creative Collage" that will be a reference for this class. You
will love the possibilites.
October 28, 29 Tuesday and Wednesday Needlefelting: The class
will include a variety of needlefelting techniques. Each student
will have the opportunity to make a variety of pieces in class,
including a necklace, bracelet, wallhanging, embellished
wearables, felted kniited and crocheted items, etc. I will be
using the Clover needlefelting tool, but those who wish to bring
an embellishment machine may do so. I use the Xpression machine
from Janome and will demonstrate that machine in class.
October 30, 31 Thursday and Friday Creative Embellishments: This
class will cover most of the techniques in my book "Creative
Embellishments". We will be using a variety of materials in
class and each student will have the opportunity to embellish
current projects or projects produced in one of the other
classes. Many of the techniques lend themselves to jewelry or
embellishments for garments.
November 1, 2 Saturday and Sunday Using Digital Imagery in
Creative projects: I am writing a book for Martingale about
using digital imagery creatively. I will share five wonderful
free websites with you. I will show you the incredible
possibilities with digital images and show some very easy
techniques for changing the images in your computer to use in
your art. We will work on both fabric and cardstock and will be
using paint, rubber stamping and mixed media on the images. For
those who want to make dolls, I will have samples in class and
you will need small photographs to print on fabric of faces.
This will be a very special class and I think you will love it.
